Abstract
Literature resources in a university library are the material basis of its document and information services.University evaluation is an opportunity as well as a challenge for constructing book collection of the university library.Based on analyzing the dual influences of university evaluation on construction of book collection,this article studies the countermeasures to the construction of library book collection.
