The clinieal observation of preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting by using ondansetron and dexamethasone in laparoscopic cholecy stectomy

Objective: To observe the clinical effectiveness and side effect of ondansetron and dexamethasone(DXM) preventing PONV in laparoscopic cholecy stectomy.Methods:60 cases of operating laparoscopic cholecy stectomy were randomly dibided into three groups(A?B?C).Each group had 20 cases In 3 minutes before anesthesia induction,8mg ondansetrom were injected into in A group,10mg DXM injected in B group,10ml physiological saline injected in C group.We observed patients'nausea and vomiting?MAP?HR?RR and SpO 2.Results:The rate of nausea and vomiting in A?B gronps was less.than that of C group(P0.01).There was no indifference between A and B.MAP?HR?RR?SpO 2 were normal in all growps,there was no notable indnfference(P0.05).Conclusion:The effectiveness of ondansetron and DXM preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting in laparoscopic cholecy stectomy was notable.
