Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of All Nourishing Decoction on immunity of mice with H22 liver cancer, which will provide theoretical evidence for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Divided 60 mice (female equal male) into 6 groups randomly, fed on saline solution, low dose, moderate dose and high dose of All Nourishing Decoction, 5-FU injection respectively. Kill the mice by breaking C-spine after 10 days. The method of enveloping CRBC was adopted to explore the function of macrophage in abdominal cavity. 3H-TdR marking method was used to observe the proliferation of T lymphocytes and the method of 3H-TdR signal which use YAC-1 as TC was applied to measure the activity of NK cell. Results Lump-inhibition rates of moderate and high dose group of All Nourishing Decoction were remarkable higher than that of model group (P 0.01). The function of T-lymphocytes and macrophage, the NK cell activity of model group and 5-FU group is noticeable lower than that of normal group, while among the high, moderate dose group of All Nourishing Decoction, and normal group, there was no significant difference (P 0.05). Comparing the function of macrophage of all groups with that of the model group, it had not remarkable difference (P 0.05). Conclusion All Nourishing Decoction can enhance the immunity of the body, inhibit the growth of tumor.
