The ideas and poetry of Tao Yuanming and Wordsworth share a lot in common as well as distinct differences.This comes from the obvious difference of their cultural background.The profound idea of China's heaven and man are of one having a great effect on Tao Yuanming's ideas and poetry,who merges his mind and body into the nature harmoniously,whereas the Western rational analysis nourishes Wordsworth,which leads him to have a relative independence to the nature as he calls deeply for the primitive emotion of attaching to the nature and returning to the nature.
