Discussion on the Present Situation and Perfect Proposals of Rural Land Circulation

The transfer of the right to the contracted management of rural land to promote national agriculture,rural areas and farmers' that the root of the problem solving,and the improvement of farmers' incomes have a positive effect.This paper analyzes the concept of the contracted management of rural land,explores the current Chinese country rural contracted management of land circulation some issues appeared in,and put forward the improvement suggestions.
