Discussion on the New Problems of Rural Contracted Land Circulation in China

With the development of the market economy and progress of agricultural productivity,China's rural social economy is undergoing tremendous changes,and the household contract responsibility system is confronted with new challenges.The rural land system of China's historical changes was analyzed,the present rural contracted land circulation was introduced,the current situation of rural contracted land circulation in the laws and regulations,rules and regulations,managerial approach,intermediary services and other existing problems were analyzed,then further countermeasures and suggestions that perfecting circulation of contractual operation of rural land were put forward.
