Effect of circulor of umbilical cord on perinatal infants and delivery ways

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of circulor of umbilical cord on perinatal infants and delivery ways.Methods Clinical data of 80 cases of circulor of umbilical cord were analyzed retrospectively,and 80 cases of delivery normally at the same time.Results In the case group,the incidence of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia and vaginal delivery were higher significantly than normal control group(P 0.05),but the ratio of cesarean of section had not obviously difference(P0.05).Conclusion circulor of umbilical cord increased the ratio of vaginal delivery and raised the incidence of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia1.
