Clinical Analysis on 125 Cases of Umbilical Cord Around Neck

Objective:To investigate the effect of fetal umbilical cord around neck on fetus、infants and the choice of delivery mode during delivery.Methods:125 cases of cephalic delivery pregnant women with fetal umbilical cord around neck and 125 cases of cephalic delivery pregnant women without fetal umbilical cord around neck,from January to December in 2007,were selected to make a contrast observation.Results:The pregnant women with fetal umbilical cord around neck had high rate of fetal distress、neonatal asphyxia、neonatal mortality and cesarean section.And it was proportional to the circle number around neck.Conclusion:We should enhance perinatal care of B ultrasound and fetus monitoring,pay attention to the factor of umbilical cord around neck and select suitable delivery mode so that we can reduce the incidence of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia、neonatal mortality.
