Analysis of the Use of Antithrombotic Agents in Our Hospital During the Period 2005～2007

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the utilization of antithrombotic agents for reference of clinical rational drug use.METHODS:The order of DDDs and consumption sum of antithrombotic agents in our hospital during the period 2005-2007 were analyzed.RESULTS:The antithrombotic agents used in our hospital accounted for 11.93%～18.21% of total drugs in terms of consumptive sum,with an annual incremental rate of greater than 50%.The consumption sum of Warfarin Sodium tablets plus low molecular weight heparin sodium occupied 79.03%,81.15%,85.06% of total over the 3 years respectively.Warfarin Sdium tablets,Aspirin enteric-coated tablets and Heparin Sodium injection also took the lead on the list of consumption sum.Aspirin enteric-coated tablets occupied the first place in DDDs in both 2006 and 2007.Warfarin Sodium tablets and Clopidogrel Hydrogen Sulphate tablets ranked the front places in terms of DDDs.Anticoagulant drugs and antiplatelet drugs assumed a predominant position among all the antithrombotic agents.CONCLUSION:Antithrombotic agents occupied an important position in the special hospital of heart disease,which enjoy a promising prospect and play an irreplaceable role in the prevention and treatment of thrombotic diseases,but which should be used rationally.
