Abstract

An overview about the determination techniques of falvonoids in plants by the method of ultraviolet spectropyotometriy.The basics and characteristics were emphatically introduced for the analysis methods that were signal-wavelength spectrophotometry,differential spectrophotometry,dual-wavelength spectrophotometry,three-wavelength spectrophotometry,and derivative spectrophotometry.
