Abstract

Ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry is a common spectroscopy,which has been more and more applied to the determination of plant polysaccharides.The selection of color reagent in the analysis process,the optimization of various kinds of operation conditions and the application of ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry were reviewed.
