Part absence of auricle early restoration with temporal flap of mastoid area

Objective To study the method and effect of early part absence of auricle with temporal fascia flap of mastoid area.Methods We used temporal fascia flap of the mastoid area,covered on the whole Medpor support to rebuild the manmade auricle.Results All cases were success and patients were satisfied with their forms of restored auricles.Conclusion This method can restore the early part absence of auricle.The results are good and the method is feasible.
