Treatment and Care of 100 Cases of Paraquat Poisoning Patients

Abstract

Objective To investigate the treatment of paraquat poisoning and nursing measures.Methods A retrospective analysis of 91 cases of paraquat poisoning patients clinical data of paraquat poisoning treatment and care elements of the main points.Results Poor prognosis in patients with paraquat poisoning,the mortality rate is very high(up to 57.1% in this group),cured 39 cases of death in 23 cases,left the hospital in 29 cases.Conclusion Early and thorough gastric lavage,Wong Nai water adsorption,catharsis,etc.,may continue to reduce the toxic absorption is the key to successful treatment;active and effective comprehensive treatment and care can reduce poisoning mortality is an important part of successful treatment.
