Social Management Innovation and Administrative Law Form Reform

China’s social management is a task system with contradiction resolution and risk prevention as the core as well as grassroots public service, industrial safety and spiritual civilization construction as the peripheral buttress. However, social management innovation means the breakthrough from the traditional scientific management method, i.e. taking moving forward of monitoring focus, softening prevention and control method as well as strengthening social service to match up with the economic guarantee of livelihood projects and objective risk control of public security in order to eliminate the root cause of contradiction. Correspondingly, China’s administrative law should keep similar vigorousness and sensitivity with the evaluation mechanisms enrichment as well as immediate reflection and improvement.
