Abstract

Justice is the greatest value which law pursues and means some equality from beginning to end.The form of justice is not only reflected in the justice entity.The procedure of justice is also the expression of justice,the presupposition and guarantee to complete justice of entity.The value function of procedure justice can play a promoting role in China's society by the rule of law.
