Abstract
Objective It is to observe the clinical effect of ligustrazine and Shengmai injection on pulmonary heart disease in acute stage. Methods Sixty-three patients were divided into two groups at random. Thirty-three patients in treatment group were treated with ligustrazine and Shengmai injection combined with routine western medicine therapy, while the thirty patients in control group were treated only with routine western medicine therapy. Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group respectively were 94% and 90%, there was no significant difference (P0.05). The marked effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in control group and the there was significant difference (P0.05). The blood gas analysis and blood rheology indexes in the treatment group were superior to those in the control group. Conclusion Intravenous ligustrazine and Shengmai injection combined with routine western medicine has higher curative effect on pulmonary heart disease in acute stage.
