Abstract

The authors studied the ore-controlling structure and metallogenic model of Kalayasikake of West Kunlun using geological and geochemical methods. Research on deposit geochemistry found δ34S as- 5. 3‰ ~-32. 6‰,206Pb /204Pb as 17. 712 ~ 18. 082,207Pb /204Pb was 15. 358 ~ 15. 664 and208Pb /204Pb as 37. 513 ~ 38. 399 in contents. The research showed that deep-metallogenic materials upwelled to surface along with the deep faults as to tectonic force or others during Devonian-Carboniferous,and deposited with detrital materials to form source beds. After that, the hydrotherm formed by the extraction with atmospheric rainwater, and then transported and concentrated, that was the formation of ore source bed. The mild-overthrust fault( transmitting ore structure) and the steep-thrust fault including the joint-fissure came from it( ore-hosting structures) in the mining area controlled the formation of ore body.
