Abstract

Japan is not only developed in economy but also strong in education. Its emphasis on the measures to develop compulsory education show that Japanese government attaches a great importance to basic education, has always increased financial investment in compulsory education, and regard the improvement of educational laws and regulations as a key to the development of compulsory education.
