So, we build the rural human resources development evaluation index system which is efficient, inclusive, sustainable, coordinating with the construction of new urbanization, and the optimal sequence method to calculate the specific weight of each index, so as to provide the foundation and guidance for our country rural human resource analysis and evaluation status.
