STRATEGY PROBLEM OF NEW URBANIZATION IN BIG URBAN AGGLOMERATION

Problems of urbanization is a comprehensive subject in contemporary Chinese social and economic development, and also involved in the national economy departments coordinated development that how to achieve the development of a new modern harmonious society basic problem: the new urbanization is people-oriented, emphasis on urbanization and equalization of public service, the key to realize the healthy and stable development of China's urbanization. In this paper, from the new urbanization development background, five major development strategies and long-term goal of key measures, demonstrates the large areas of the new urbanization construction of urban agglomeration in China policy, path and method and measures to explore the theory and practice of China's new urbanization problems, have important academic value and practical significance. At the same time, from its national characteristics, urban and rural areas as a whole, industrial transformation, regional coordination, resources and environment as a whole perspective, the construction of the reasonable process of urbanization in China, the scale and layout as well as the major issues for the protection of ecological environment, has carried on the comprehensive and regional research, exploration, to our deep understanding of the central a series of policies about the new urbanization theory has important guiding meaning and practical value.
