Abstract

Human resources are the main ones of enterprises.The coal industry is one of the enterprises which employ the most labour force.It is very rich in human resources.This essay analyses the present condition,problems and causes of the management of the human resources in the coal enterprises.It also puts forward the train of thought system and measures of the management and development of the human resources in the coal enterprises for the new period.
