Abstract

Based on ANSYS,a FEA software, the spindle model of CA6140 is set up by analyzing the model with Finite element method.Analyzes the modal, gets out the main ten stages of spindle vibration frequency and deals with the data. Then put forward several useful ways to reduce the machining errors. It provides valuable theoretical foundation for the optimization and improvement of machine design.
