Abstract
The bionic design of hollows spindle structures was presented when grinder spindle structure of PM500 was redesigned. Based on ANSYS,a FEA software,a more accurate three-dimensional FEM model of the new spindle was established. The main ten stages of natural frequency and vibration mode were studied by analyzing the mode of Finite the spindle model. The rationality of the spindle design and construction was validated.
