Abstract

This paper puts forward the method of integrating PSP and TSP into existing supported tools assisted the software process improvement,which named the PSP/TSPbased software process improvement framework.This method will enhance the framework's function of software process improvement in software organizations.Some new features,such as personal process planning,process data collection,process data analysis and estimation,are added in the case of PSP.For TSP,quantitative project process management and project quality control is realized.
