Abstract
Software process improvement is the necessary choice through which small software enterprises improve their software quality and productivity. This paper analyzes the relation between capability maturity model integration (CMMI), personal software process (PSP) and team software process (TSP). Combined with the features of the small software enterprises in China, a process improvement model is presented which is suitable for small software enterprises.
