On Acts of Civil Litigation

As a major theoretical issue in the field of civil litigation, acts of litigation involve such core matters as the nature and principles of civil litigation and procedure guarantee. To date, however, Chinas civil litigation theories have paid scant attention to acts of litigation. Thus, concerning civil act of litigation some major issues, such as the interrelationship between principle of civil act of litigation and act and litigation and drawbacks of act of civil litigation and their settlement, await further studies.
