Establishing the Ensuring System to Promote the National Financial Aided-loan Work

Starting from the establishing background and the present conditions of the national financial aided-loan policy, this paper analyzes the urgency o f establishing the ensuring system, puts forward some countermeasures of prevent ing and solving the loan risk and promotes the healthy development of the nation al financial loan, which include offering the special financing courses in high school, strengthening the propaganda of the credit, building up the view of the credit among university students, establishing the relevant credit supervision o r consultative system in bank, setting up the individual credit archives of univ ersity students, reinforcing the credit legislation and issuing relevant policie s, etc.
