Study on Activities and Management of School Sports Competition in China

Scientific school sports competition management system can improve the function of school sports,and help students develop good exercise habits,thus keeping students both in physical and mental health,and guiding school sports competition developing in a right way. This essay studies the status and problems of current school sports competition management,putting forward several suggestions for its improvement: combine the government macro management and the student sports association micro management together;raise the awareness,strengthen the legislation,and speed up the reform of system; change the concept of management,and carry out competition activities which call for quality education and lifetime sports thought; strengthen the management by objective,carrying out the post responsibility system; increase the investment,perfect facilities,and make sure the management system work well; make school sports competition activity groups divided reasonably and so on.
