Abstract

Objective: To know the situation of pesticide residues in vegetables on the markets of Nanchang. Methods: According to the recommended items by the national food contamination monitoring manual,Gas Chromatography-Flame Photometry was applied to determine the contents of organophosphate pesticide, organochlorine pesticide, pyrethroid pesticide, carbamate pesticide in 38 kinds of vegetables samples. Results: The rate of detection for the pesticide residues was 49.72%,the main pesticide residues in vegetable samples were carbaryl, dicofol, bifenthrin, cypermethrin and isoprocorb, the peak level of residue reached 6.90 mg/kg.Conclusion: There were still pesticide pollution in vegetables in the markets of Nanchang city. Therefore,It′s necessary to strengthen the surveillance of pesticide residues and spread green non-pollution vegetables. It is necessary to further strengthen the food safety control through monitoring food pollution trend.
