Abstract
A new spectrophotometric method for determination of trace nitrite was developed. The method is based on the discoloring reaction of azure I with nitrite in sulfuric acid medium. The linear range of the determination is 0 ~0.80 μg/mL with detection limit of 0.03 μg/mL. The method has been used to determine trace nitrite in potassium nitrate and saliva samples.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
