Abstract
Objective:To study the differences between LAMP and PCR methods in the rapid detection of Enterobacter sakazakii, gave the choice of clinical method for rapid detection of Enterobacter sakazakii. Methods:Designed specific primers OmpA gene of Enterobacter sakazakii, used LAMP and PCR methods detection system, compared the sensitivity of the two detection method records ;used the two ways to detect bacteria 45 Enterobacter sakazakiiion, analysed the specificity of the method;finally used the two methods for testing milk samples of 60 shopping centers, and compared the test’s results with the FDA test results. Results:The sensitivity of the test results of the two detection methods:the LAMP method rapid detection of Enterobacter sakazakii sensitivity (101 cfu/ml) was significantly higher than the PCR method (102 cfu/ml),there is a significant difference( P 0.05);detection of 45 bacteria Enterobacter sakazakii near the source LAMP method 5 Enterobacter sakazakii positive results,PCR laws of non-specific bands, indicating that the apparent specificity of the LAMP assay gifted PCR method. Conclusion:LAMP method is rapid detection of Enterobacter sakazakii effective and feasible, with high sensitivity and specificity,is an effective method for the rapid detection of Enterobacter sakazakii clinical.
