Abstract
The effects of role conflict,role ambiguity,and work-family conflict on overall salesperson job satisfaction have been examined on basis of a study of 242 insurance agents.It is found that(1) role conflict,role ambiguity and work-family conflict make different effects among the different facets of job satisfaction;(2) there were significant differences among these relationships between childless agents and having-child agents.In other words,the moderating effects of having child or not exists.
