With the establishment and development of China's mineral property market, mineral resources as state owned assets, to be effectively controlled by market regulation has become the focus of China's modern management system of mineral resources. The paper gives a brief introduction to present conditions of China's mineral property. Then, it analyses major issues of present mineral property. Also, it offers the proposals for mineral property reform.
