Abstract

A method for the determination of trace aluminum with ternary complex of Al-CAS-CTMAB is reported. The molar absorptivity is 8.1×104 L/(mol·cm) at 655 nm.Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0.02-0.4ug/mL.This method was simple, rapid, and sensitive when traced aluminum is determined.
