Abstract
AbstrcatIn the presence of Cetyltrimethylammonium bromide(CTMAB) the condition of the color reaction of bismuth with 2,4-Dichlorophenylfluorone was studied. The maximum absorption of Bi-DClPF-CTMAB complex is at 570 nm. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.48×10~5 L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1). Beer′s law is obeyed in the range of 0~0.68 μg/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of Bi(Ⅲ) in stomach medicine and steel samples.
