Abstract
Author of this thesis analyses the defects that the universities in our country have in training and developing talents, then puts forward some basic measures that the universities should take to develop creative talents from different aspects, such as changing ideas, improving teachers, qualities, optimising, course systems, setting up innovation base, developing intelligence, etc.
