Abstract
In this paper the characteristics of educating creative talents of research universities from some developed countries-U.S.,Britain,Germany,and Japa——are analyzed in terms of goals of education,teaching and learning methods,and administration.Suggestions are proposed to improve the education of creative talents for Chinese top universities.
