Abstract
According to the characteristics of industrial boiler feedwater control process,a three-impulse control system with self-tuning fuzzy PID controller is used to set and control the industrial boiler drum water level.Three-impulse is the introduction of the three signals: water level,water flow and steam flow.The control system has two close loops,one is the inner loop,composed of the water flow measurement device,regulating algorithm and a control valve of water supply;the other is the outer loop composed of the level transmitter,adjusting algorithm and the entire inner loop and the control channels.The steam flow signal is feed forward signal.
