Abstract
For the characteristics of feed water process of drum boiler,a fuzzy self-tuning PID control method is introduced.The water flow opening is regulated by controlling the water supply valve,and the closed-loop control of flow is achieved by fuzzy self-tuning PID control.Simulation results show that compared with the conventional PID controller,the fuzzy adaptive PID control is of smaller overshoot,faster dynamic response,better stability and stronger anti-interference characteristics,which obtains results superior to the traditional PID control.
