Abstract
The structure and implementation of a solid storage system with high speed and large capacity are introduced. The system's characteristic is that Flash is used as the storage medium,muti-stage flow, and parallel bus is applied to deal with high speed input data.FPGA is used to realize the timing circuit and buffer memory.Finally,30 MB/s high speed real-time data can be stored by the 4×4 Flash array successfully.Additionally, higher speed can be satisfied by extending the Flash array. This system can communicate with computer via USB2.0.
