40 Cases Report of RadioFrequency Ablation in Treating to the Low Back Pain Caused by Lumbar Nerve Injury

Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of radiofrequency ablation in treating to the low back pain caused by lumbar nerve injury.Methods:80 patients with the low back pain caused by lumbar nerve injury were randomly divided into the radiofrequency treatment group(group A) and the nerve block treatment group(group B).Patients in group A were treated with radiofrequency ablation with the help of DSA;patients in group B were taken with conventional nerve block treatment with the help of DSA.Improved low back pains,the activity of waist and tenderness recovery were observed.Results:There were significant difference in improved low back pain,the activity of waist and tenderness of recovery in Group A,after treatment,at the point of 3 days,1 week,1 month and 3 months after the treatment(P0.05),compared with those in group B.Conclusions:This method is worthy of application in clinical,as it can achieve a good effective rate,the pain scores improved significantly,the waist activity recovered well,and it lasts a long time.
