Moral belief: the Essence and Avenue to Moral Construction

Building morality with the basic characteristics of belief as well as independent value of belief helps promote social stability and harmony and consolidate the position of CPC as the ruling party. Moral belief and political belief interacts on each other in society. Moral belief involves belief in morality and ultimate pursuit of virtues. The whole society should pay close attention to developing moral belief by perfecting moral belief theoretical system, strengthening guidance of government's policies as well as creating social environment for moral construction.
