Moral belief,the superior value ideal and personality degree,is the basic form of belief and an important part as well integrating all kinds of moral resorts and norms.Currently,China is at the stage of social transformation and administrative system reform.The old moral belief can't meet the requirement of the social development,however the new moral belief and value is not perfect and complete.Consequently,there is crisis of moral belief.The paper analyzed the cause and effective solutions.
