On Study-oriented Student Party Branch Building in Colleges and Universities

Building a Marxist study-oriented party is both a major strategic task to strengthen the Party's administrative capacity building and a new strategic deployment to the grass-roots Party organizations at all levels proposed by the CPC central committee.To adapt to the development of times,further strengthen the Party building in colleges and universities and foster talents with innovative ideas,student Party branches,as grass-roots Party organizations,must be made into study-oriented student Party branches.At present,the study-oriented student Party Branch building in Colleges and Universities has both brought about positive results and encountered negative problems.A series of countermeasures,such as forming a new view of study,reforming the pattern of study,establishing a unified mechanism and increasing the investment,are put forward.
