Abstract

The new Party Constitution promulgated from the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China gave the new historic mission to the construction of the student Party branch in colleges and universities.There is of great significance to strengthen the student Party branches construction.At present there lack of some measures in the student party branch construction,the construction of the student party branch should be on the basis of three platforms and five combinations.
