Abstract
The paper mainly uses dual-wave length spectrophotometry method to study the determine-nation of amylose and amylopectin in micro-pore starch of grain.Based on the absorption spectra of the two complexes, the amylose-wave length of 433/607nm and amylopectin wave length of 534/729nm were obtained as the measuring wave length.According to the linear regression equationes, the paper can determine the content of amylose and amylopectin in sample solution. It can provide the data for study the mechanism of making pore of starch.
