Abstract

【Objective】To estimate the value of H-FABP in early diagnosis of AMT.【Methods】We selected 120 patients in hospital to be our object of study. We divided these patients into three groups according to the onset time of chest pain: 3 h,3~6 h and 6 h.We detected the serum CK-MB,cTnI and H-FABP levels and compared their sensitivity and specificity in different groups.【Results】① First group(3 h): The sensitivity of H-FABP(90.3%) in the diagnosis of AMI was higher than that of CK-MB(9.2%) and cTnI(45.7%).Their differences statistically significant(P 0.05).The specificity of CK-MB(88.3%),cTnI(87.5%) and H-FABP(84.3%) have no significant difference.②Second group(3~6 h): The sensitivity of H-FABP(99.2%) in the diagnosis of AMI was higher than that of CK-MB(55.3%) and cTnI(65.2).The specificity of CK-MB(88.8%),cTnI(94.5%) and H-FABP(94.3%) have no significant difference.③Third group(6 h): The sensitivity and specificity of H-FABP,CK-MB and cTnI have no significant difference.【Conclusions】The sensitivity of H-FABP is higher than that of CK-MB and cTnI in the early diagnosis of AMI.But they have no obvious difference in terms of specificity.
