Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical application value of electronic fetal heart monitoring in fetal distress. Methods 474 cases pregnant women in our hospital from Dec 2009 to Dec 2010 were chosen,Electronic fetal heart monitoring were performed.According to the test, they were divided into group A (positive group),B group (negative group),C group (suspected group),stained amniotic fluid(Ⅱ-Ⅲ degree),Apgar score≤7 (born 1min),fetal distress and cesarean section situation of the 3 groups were observed and compared. Results (1)There were 24 cases in group A (positive group),accounting for 5.06%,58 cases in group B (suspected group),accounting for 12.24%,392 cases in group C (negative group),accounting for 82.70%.(2)The rate of stained amniotic fluid (Ⅱ-Ⅲ degree),Apgar score≤7(born 1 min),fetal distress and cesarean section situation in group A and group B were much higher than that of group C(P0.05).The rate of amniotic fluid (Ⅱ-Ⅲ degree),Apgar score≤7(born 1 min),fetal distress in group A were significantly higher than group B(P0.05).Conclusion Prenatal electronic fetal heart monitoring can early diagnosis fetal distress, can help choose the right delivery method, has high clinical value.
