Service-oriented government,the goal of China administrative reform,emphasizes on the human-orientation and strengthens the sense of responsibilities of the government.Service-oriented government,the certain trend of the history,administrates the society strictly according to law,making the public affairs open and transparent,and values the sense of service of the government and insists on serving for the people.
