A Research on the Athlete Portrait Right in Commercial Utilization——The right of publicity discussed concurrently

From the view of the law,with the method of document and logic analysis,the authors revealed the problem existing in commercial utilization,in-troduced the concept and characteristics of the right of publicity. In order to standardize the market where the athlete right of portrait in commercial utiliza-tion is common,we should protect the legal rights and interests of athletes.
